The Import and Export History pages provide a historical log of all imports and exports.
When a list is imported, a new row will be created on the Import History page. The Import Date, List Name, Type of List, and Lead List Type fields will immediately populate and the status will show as Processing. Once the import is complete, Total Records, Imported Records, and Skipped Records will display and the status will change to Completed. If the status changes to Failed, contact Customer Support.
To view your skipped records, move your cursor over the number of skipped records and click the Download button. The file will download into your downloads folder. Open the file to view the reason for the skipped records by scrolling to the Skipped Reason column. The most common causes of skipped records include duplicate property addresses, blank rows, and not having the required property address information (property address, property city, property state, property zip).
To view the List Name and mapping, click the eye button. To change the List Name, click Edit in the Details popup. When done, click Save.
To download your imported list, click the Download button.
You can export leads from your Leads, Removed Leads, and Marketing Campaigns page. The Export Date, Export Name, Export Reason, and Marketing Activity fields will immediately populate and the status will show as Processing. Once the export is complete, the Total Records will display and the status will change to Completed. If the status changes to Failed, contact Customer Support.
To download your export, click the Download button.
To delete your export, click the Trash button.
