The Dashboard is an overview of all key statistics in OLM InvestorHub.


Total Leads: The total number of leads stored in your Leads page (excludes leads in your Removed Leads page). Clicking the number will take you directly to the Leads page. 


Total Super Leads: The total number of Super Leads stored in your Leads page (excludes leads in your Removed Leads page). Clicking the number will take you directly to the Leads page and display only your Super Leads. 


You can also view super leads that only appear on 2, 3, 4, and 5+ lists by clicking the number above each number of lists. 


New Vacant Properties: The number of vacant properties that were found on the last vacant property check. The check occurs on import and then again on the 1st day of every month. The date of the last check will also be displayed. Clicking the number will take you directly to the Leads page and display only your newly found vacant properties.


Lead Quality: The pie chart illustrates your leads broken down by high, medium, and low quality.


List Chart: The bar graph shows the number of leads you have in your system based on Lead List Type. The bars are color coded based on lead quality.


Blue = No Quality Assigned 

Red = Low Quality

Yellow = Medium Quality

Green = High Quality


Calendar Section: Your Marketing Calendar overview.


Overdue Activities: This is a list of any marketing activities that were scheduled before the current date and are not marked as either completed or canceled. Clicking the Marketing Activity text will take you to its edit menu. To learn more about Marketing Activities, refer to Marketing campaigns.


Upcoming Activities: This is a list of marketing activities that are scheduled to be executed within the next 7 days. Clicking the Marketing Activity text will take you to its edit menu. To learn more about Marketing Activities, refer to Marketing campaigns.
